Biography

Born in 1957, schooled at the University of Michigan and the Center for Creative Studies, occasionally married, Paul Wicks calls the Denver area home.

First kiss, darkroom: 1972. Still grateful, on both counts.

When grown-up, wanted to be:
1. A Fireman
2. An Astronaut
3. An Astronomer
4. An Artist

Became: photographer, commercial artist, advertising copy writer, business manager, software developer, technical architect.

Claim to semi-fame: technical lead for OnStar.

Professional zenith: 42nd floor corner window office with 7’ Norfolk Pine; comfortable shoes.

Taller than his own hair.

Previous domiciles: Detroit, Annapolis, Bay Area.

Father of one little girl and roughly four dozen limited edition photographic prints.
